Since each event is customizable, our pricing reflects this. Pricing is dependent on the level of planning you desire as well as the total event budget. We can work with any budget!
One of the benefits to hiring a professional is that you can trust an expert to guide you through the planning process, as well as to tap into their relationships, experience and connections. As a planner, Art Depth invests the time to get to know our clients, their likes, dislikes and their needs. When we recommend vendors, we are recommending the best for the job, taking into consideration the event, a client's preferences, budget and overall needs.

Pricing is based on the total budget for your event and whether Art Depth provides full vs partial planning or coordination. Final price will increase if actual cost exceeds budgeted amount. Package pricing starts at $900.
We understand sometimes entire events are already planned and you just need a helping hand. Hourly rates are available (for business clients only) for day-of-event assistance that does not include event planning.
